Afraz Apparel is a custom shorts manufacturer based in Korangi, Karachi, producing bulk and wholesale fleece and French terry shorts for brands, retailers and merch companies in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Since 2001 we have manufactured private label knitwear for international labels, with typical programmes of 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order and development runs from 1,000 pieces.
As a sweat shorts manufacturer, we produce everything from 240 GSM French terry to 500+ GSM heavyweight fleece — classic sweat shorts, side-stripe and panel shorts, acid-wash and garment-dyed shorts, raw-hem and cargo shorts, and matching sets. Every order is made to your tech pack: your fabric, Pantone colours, inseam, waistband and pocket details, decoration, labels and packaging.
Our factory runs 100,000 pieces a month with AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection, and full social and product compliance — OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, amfori BSCI, GRS, C-TPAT and Better Cotton. Buyer QC teams and third-party inspectors are welcome on site at every stage of production.

Shorts manufacturing questions
What is your minimum order for custom shorts?+
Our bulk programmes run from 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order. For new styles and test launches we run development orders from 1,000 pieces, and smaller batches are possible on colours already in production.
How long does shorts production take?+
Samples take 14 days after we receive your tech pack. Bulk production takes 65 days from the confirmed purchase order.
What fabric weights can you produce?+
We produce shorts from 240 GSM French terry up to 500+ GSM ultra-heavyweight fleece, in loopback and brushed-back constructions.
Do you make acid-wash and garment-dyed shorts?+
Yes. We offer acid, mineral, enzyme and silicone washes plus pigment and garment dyeing, with raw-cut or clean hems.
Can you make matching shorts sets?+
Yes. We cut shorts and matching sweatshirts, hoodies or tees from the same fabric lot and dye batch, so colour matches exactly across the set.
Which fabric compositions do you offer?+
100% cotton, 80/20 cotton-poly and 60/40 CVC in French terry, loopback and brushed-back fleece, plus poly-spandex for athletic shorts. GRS recycled polyester and Better Cotton options are available.
Can you customise waistbands, drawcords and pockets?+
Yes. We offer covered or exposed elastic, branded drawcords with metal aglets and eyelets, and side-seam, zip, back and cargo pockets.
What inseam lengths can you make?+
Any inseam from 3 to 9 inches, graded to your size chart for adult, ladies' and kids' ranges.
Do you make blank shorts?+
Yes. We produce blank shorts in your colours, weights and labels for merch companies and decorators, with the same order ranges as our branded programmes.
How much do custom shorts cost?+
Price depends on fabric weight and composition, washes, decoration, trims and order quantity. Send us your tech pack and we reply with an exact per-piece price within one business day.
Can you match Pantone colours?+
Yes. We develop lab dips against your Pantone references and only start bulk after you approve the shade.
Can you copy an existing shorts sample?+
Yes. Send us a reference garment and we can develop the pattern, fabric and trims to match, then adjust to your spec.
How are samples priced?+
We price samples after reviewing your design and tech pack, so you get an accurate cost for your exact fabric, wash and trims.
Do you also make joggers, hoodies and t-shirts?+
Yes. We make joggers, hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts and polos, so you can build a complete range with one factory.
Do you ship to the US, UK and Europe?+
Yes. We ship FOB and CIF to buyers in the US, UK and EU. We are C-TPAT certified for smoother US customs clearance.
Can your factory be audited before we order?+
Yes. We are BSCI audited and welcome buyer visits and third-party inspections. Buyer QC teams have worked on site at our Karachi factory during large programmes.
