Afraz Apparel is a custom polo shirt manufacturer based in Korangi, Karachi, producing bulk and wholesale polos for brands, retailers, uniform suppliers and merch companies in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Since 2001 we have manufactured private label knitwear for international labels, with typical programmes of 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order and development runs from 1,000 pieces.

As a pique polo manufacturer, we produce classic and heavyweight pique polos, tipped polos, long-sleeve jersey polos, knit and textured polos, and moisture-wicking performance and golf polos. Every order is made to your tech pack: your fabric, Pantone colours, collar and tipping, placket, embroidery, labels and packaging.

Our factory runs 100,000 pieces a month with AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection, and full social and product compliance — OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, amfori BSCI, GRS, C-TPAT and Better Cotton. Buyer QC teams and third-party inspectors are welcome on site at every stage of production.

Brands come to us for wholesale polo shirts and custom embroidered polos because we combine large-volume capacity with careful development: lab dips, collar approvals and fit samples are signed off before bulk, and the same specification is held across every repeat order.

Polo shirt manufacturing questions

What is your minimum order for custom polo shirts?+

Our bulk programmes run from 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order. For new styles and test launches we run development orders from 1,000 pieces, and smaller batches are possible on colours already in production.

How long does polo shirt production take?+

Samples take 14 days after we receive your tech pack. Bulk production takes 65 days from the confirmed purchase order.

Which polo fabrics do you offer?+

Cotton pique, cotton jersey, CVC pique, cotton-spandex, textured knits and poly-spandex performance fabric, from 140 to 280 GSM. GRS recycled polyester, organic cotton and Better Cotton options are available.

Can you match collar and tipping colours?+

Yes. We make flat-knit collars and cuffs with custom tipping in one, two or three stripes, and match collar, tipping and body colours to your Pantone references at lab-dip stage.

Do you make performance and golf polos?+

Yes. We make moisture-wicking poly-spandex polos with stretch, athletic and sport fits for golf, sportswear and corporate programmes.

Can you embroider our logo on polos?+

Yes. We embroider chest crests, logos and sleeve details in flat or 3D embroidery, and can add appliques, prints or silicone badges.

Yes. We develop lab dips against your Pantone references and only start bulk after you approve the shade.

Yes. Send us a reference garment and we can develop the pattern, fabric, collar and trims to match, then adjust to your spec.

Do you also make t-shirts and sweatshirts?+

Yes. We make t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and joggers, so you can build a complete range with one factory.

Do you ship to the US, UK and Europe?+

Yes. We ship FOB and CIF to buyers in the US, UK and EU. We are C-TPAT certified for smoother US customs clearance.

Can your factory be audited before we order?+

Yes. We are BSCI audited and welcome buyer visits and third-party inspections. Buyer QC teams have worked on site at our Karachi factory during large programmes.
