Fabric Blends

The right composition for the right programme

We do not push a house blend. Composition is selected against the end use — loft retention, shrinkage control or hand-feel — and then held constant across every repeat order.

80/20Cotton-Poly

Balanced Durability

Cotton 80%Polyester 20%

Cotton-led hand-feel reinforced with polyester tensile strength. Our preferred base for high-rotation retail programmes where colour consistency, seam integrity and repeat-order reproducibility matter more than anything else.

Combed & Ring-Spun

Cotton 100%Polyester 0%

Long-staple combed, ring-spun yarn with the impurities removed before knitting. The result is a cleaner surface, superior print and dye receptivity, and the soft, dense hand-feel that premium and luxury programmes are judged on.

Knit Constructions

Six core knit constructions, engineered to spec

Gauge, stitch density and loop length are written into the spec before a mill is booked. We source from a vetted partner network, approve every knit against a sealed standard, and audit incoming rolls before they are cleared for cutting.

Single Jersey

120 – 200 GSM

Our highest-volume construction. Clean face, looped back, knitted for consistent stitch density across every roll.

Interlock

180 – 260 GSM

Double-knit with an identical face on both sides. Stable, non-curling edges and a premium closed surface.

Fleece

260 – 400 GSM

Brushed-back fleece with controlled nap height. Loft is calibrated per programme, not left to the machine default.

French Terry

240 – 360 GSM

Unbrushed looped back with excellent drape. The workhorse for transitional-season and elevated athleisure.

Rib

1×1 / 2×2

Trims and full-body rib sourced against the same dye lot as the body, so cuffs, collars and hems match exactly.

Custom Jacquard

Programmed

Engineered patterns programmed to your artwork — logos, stripes and structures knitted into the fabric itself.

Weight Ranges

140 — 400 GSM, calibrated end to end

Precision knitting from the lightest summer tee to structured heavyweight outerwear. Drag the control to see how construction and end use shift across the range.

Value-Added Services

Finishing that survives the customer's wash cycle

Embellishment and wash are developed against the specific fabric they sit on — which is why our prints and finishes hold their character long after the first wear.

High-Density Screen Printing

Plastisol, water-based, discharge and HD builds — matched to the fabric so the print behaves through the customer's wash life.

Quality Control

AQL 2.5 is the floor, not the target

Yield, tolerance and precision are controlled at six checkpoints between raw yarn and sealed carton — every one of them signed off by our own QA team, wherever in the chain the work is performed.

01

Yarn & Greige Inspection

Incoming yarn lots verified for count, twist and evenness before knitting is released to the mill.

02

4-Point Fabric Grading

Every roll received is graded under the 4-point system; sub-grade rolls are rejected back to the mill, not blended in.

03

In-Line Process Audit

Our QA team audits cutting, stitching and printing on the floor, catching deviation while the batch is still correctable.

04

End-Line Inspection

100% piece inspection at line exit against the approved tech pack and sealed sample.

05

Metal Detection

Every garment passes calibrated metal detection before it enters the packing hall.

06

AQL 2.5 Final Inspection

Statistical random sampling to AQL 2.5. The lot ships only when it passes — no conditional releases.
