Afraz Apparel is a custom sweatshirt manufacturer based in Korangi, Karachi, producing bulk and wholesale crewneck sweatshirts for brands, retailers and merch companies in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Since 2001 we have manufactured private label sweatshirts for international labels, with typical programmes of 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order and development runs from 1,000 pieces.

As a crewneck sweatshirt manufacturer, we produce everything from 240 GSM French terry to 500+ GSM heavyweight fleece — classic crews, quarter-zips, varsity and collegiate styles, garment-dyed and washed crews, and cut and sew panel designs. Every order is made to your tech pack: your fabric composition, Pantone colours, fit block, print or embroidery, labels and packaging.

Our factory runs 100,000 pieces a month with dedicated fleece lines, AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection, and full social and product compliance — OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, amfori BSCI, GRS, C-TPAT and Better Cotton. Buyer QC teams and third-party inspectors are welcome on site at every stage of production.

Brands come to us for wholesale sweatshirts and custom quarter-zip sweatshirts because we combine large-volume capacity with careful development: lab dips, strike-offs and fit samples are approved before bulk, and the same specification is held across every repeat order — season after season.

Sweatshirt manufacturing questions

What is your minimum order for custom sweatshirts?+

Our bulk programmes run from 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order. For new styles and test launches we run development orders from 1,000 pieces, and smaller batches are possible on colours already in production.

How long does sweatshirt production take?+

Samples take 14 days after we receive your tech pack. Bulk production takes 65 days from the confirmed purchase order.

What fabric weights can you produce?+

We produce sweatshirts from 240 GSM French terry up to 500+ GSM ultra-heavyweight fleece, in loopback and brushed-back constructions.

French terry or brushed fleece — which should I choose?+

French terry (loopback) is lighter and breathable, ideal for spring/summer and layering. Brushed fleece is warmer and softer inside, ideal for autumn/winter core programmes. We can sample both so you can compare hand-feel and shrinkage.

Do you make varsity and collegiate sweatshirts?+

Yes. We produce varsity crews with chenille and applique lettering, tackle twill, flat-knit rib and contrast sleeve stripes for collegiate, club and retail programmes.

Which fabric compositions do you offer?+

100% cotton, 80/20 cotton-poly and 60/40 CVC, in French terry, loopback and brushed-back fleece. GRS recycled polyester and Better Cotton options are available.

Can you add our own labels, tags and packaging?+

Yes. We produce private label sweatshirts with your woven or printed neck labels, care labels, hang tags and retail-ready packaging, barcodes and carton marking.

Do you make blank sweatshirts?+

Yes. We produce blank crewneck sweatshirts in your colours, weights and labels for merch companies and decorators, with the same order ranges as our branded programmes.

Do you also make matching hoodies and joggers?+

Yes. We make hoodies, joggers and shorts in the same fleece and colour so you can build complete sets and ranges with one factory.

How much does a custom sweatshirt cost?+

Price depends on fabric weight and composition, decoration, washes, trims and order quantity. Send us your tech pack and we reply with an exact per-piece price within one business day.

What sizes can you produce?+

We grade to your own size chart, covering adult, ladies', plus and kids' size ranges.

Can you match Pantone colours?+

Yes. We develop lab dips against your Pantone references and only start bulk after you approve the shade.

Can you copy an existing sweatshirt sample?+

Yes. Send us a reference garment and we can develop the pattern, fabric and trims to match, then adjust to your spec.

How are samples priced?+

We price samples after reviewing your design and tech pack, so you get an accurate cost for your exact fabric, print and trims.

Do you ship to the US, UK and Europe?+

Yes. We ship FOB and CIF to buyers in the US, UK and EU. We are C-TPAT certified for smoother US customs clearance.

Can your factory be audited before we order?+

Yes. We are BSCI audited and welcome buyer visits and third-party inspections. Buyer QC teams have worked on site at our Karachi factory during large programmes.
