Afraz Apparel is a custom hoodie manufacturer based in Korangi, Karachi, producing bulk and wholesale hoodies for brands, retailers and merch companies in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Since 2001 we have manufactured private label hoodies for international labels, with typical programmes of 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order and development runs from 1,000 pieces.
As a heavyweight hoodie manufacturer, we produce everything from 280 GSM retail fleece to 500+ GSM streetwear hoodies — pullover, zip-up, oversized, cropped, garment-dyed and colour-block cut and sew styles. Every order is made to your tech pack: your fabric composition, Pantone colours, fit block, print or embroidery, labels and packaging.
Our factory runs 100,000 pieces a month with dedicated hoodie lines, AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection, and full social and product compliance — OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, amfori BSCI, GRS, C-TPAT and Better Cotton. Buyer QC teams and third-party inspectors are welcome on site at every stage of production.

Hoodie manufacturing questions
What is your minimum order for custom hoodies?+
Our bulk programmes run from 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order. For new styles and test launches we run development orders from 1,000 pieces, and smaller batches are possible on colours already in production.
How long does hoodie production take?+
Samples take 14 days after we receive your tech pack. Bulk production takes 65 days from the confirmed purchase order.
What fabric weights can you produce?+
We produce hoodies from 280 GSM everyday fleece up to 500+ GSM ultra-heavyweight fleece, in French terry, loopback and brushed-back constructions.
Do you make heavyweight hoodies?+
Yes. We produce heavyweight and ultra-heavyweight hoodies at 400 GSM, 500 GSM and above, in boxy and oversized streetwear fits with double-layer hoods and premium rib.
Which fabric compositions do you offer?+
100% cotton, 80/20 cotton-poly and 60/40 CVC fleece, in French terry, loopback and brushed-back constructions. GRS recycled polyester and Better Cotton options are available.
Can you add our own labels, tags and packaging?+
Yes. We produce private label hoodies with your woven or printed neck labels, care labels, hang tags, custom drawcords and retail-ready packaging, barcodes and carton marking.
Do you make blank hoodies?+
Yes. We produce blank hoodies in your colours, weights and labels for merch companies and decorators, with the same order ranges as our branded programmes.
Which countries do you export hoodies to?+
We export to brands and retailers in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Norway, Canada and across the European Union.
How are samples priced?+
We price samples after reviewing your design and tech pack, so you get an accurate cost for your exact fabric, print and trims.
Do you ship to the US, UK and Europe?+
Yes. We ship FOB and CIF to buyers in the US, UK and EU. We are C-TPAT certified for smoother US customs clearance.
Can your factory be audited before we order?+
Yes. We are BSCI audited and welcome buyer visits and third-party inspections. Buyer QC teams have worked on site at our Karachi factory during large programmes.
