Why brands source t-shirts from Pakistan
Pakistan is one of the world's leading cotton and knitwear exporters. Local cotton, mature textile clusters and direct sea routes make it a strong alternative to China and Bangladesh for brands that need consistent quality at volume.
- Cotton-rich
- Pakistan is one of the world's largest cotton producers, giving short, reliable jersey supply chains.
- GSP+ for EU
- Pakistan's GSP+ status gives eligible apparel duty-free access to the EU, subject to rules of origin.
- Karachi port
- Direct sea freight out of Port Qasim and Karachi Port to the US, UK and Europe.
- 25+ years
- A specialist knitwear factory exporting to global brands since 2001.

Final random inspection before packing; third-party QC welcome.
What affects t-shirt cost

Cotton quality and GSM are the biggest cost driver — a 300 GSM heavyweight tee uses almost twice the fabric of a 160 GSM tee.
Decoration
Print method, number of colours, print size and placement, or embroidery stitch count.
Washes & Dyes
Garment dye, pigment dye and sun-faded washes add a processing step.
Order Quantity
Per-piece price drops at volume — our 15,000–100,000+ programmes get the best rates.

Custom labels, neck prints, hang tags, polybags and multipack packaging.

Your private label t-shirt manufacturer in Pakistan
Afraz Apparel is a custom t-shirt manufacturer based in Korangi, Karachi, producing bulk and wholesale t-shirts for brands, retailers and merch companies in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Since 2001 we have manufactured private label tees for international labels, with typical programmes of 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order and development runs from 1,000 pieces.
As an oversized and heavyweight t-shirt manufacturer, we produce everything from 140 GSM promotional tees to 320 GSM boxy streetwear tees — crew necks, long sleeves, V-necks and henleys, garment-dyed and washed tees, and graphic tees with screen, DTG, puff and all-over prints. Every order is made to your tech pack: your fabric, Pantone colours, fit block, artwork, labels and packaging.
Our factory runs 100,000 pieces a month with AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection, and full social and product compliance — OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, amfori BSCI, GRS, C-TPAT and Better Cotton. Buyer QC teams and third-party inspectors are welcome on site at every stage of production.
Brands come to us for wholesale blank t-shirts and custom printed t-shirts because we combine large-volume capacity with careful development: lab dips, strike-offs and fit samples are approved before bulk, and the same specification is held across every repeat order — season after season.
We also make private label hoodies and sweatshirts up to 500+ GSM, so you can build a complete range with one OEM partner. Explore our manufacturing capabilities, certifications and shipping and lead times.

Yes. We offer pigment and garment dyeing plus acid, mineral, enzyme and sun-faded washes for a vintage, lived-in look.
How much does a custom t-shirt cost?+
Price depends on fabric weight and composition, decoration, washes, trims and order quantity. Send us your tech pack and we reply with an exact per-piece price within one business day.
How do you control shrinkage and twisting?+
Fabric is compacted and tested for shrinkage and spirality before cutting, and measurements are checked after washing at sample and bulk stage.
Can you match Pantone colours?+

Can you copy an existing t-shirt sample?+
