Afraz Apparel is a custom jacket manufacturer based in Korangi, Karachi, producing bulk and wholesale jackets for brands, retailers, teams and merch companies in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Since 2001 we have manufactured private label apparel for international labels, with typical programmes of 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order and development runs from 1,000 pieces.
As a varsity jacket manufacturer, we produce melton and fleece varsity jackets with chenille, applique and embroidered patches, alongside heavyweight fleece zip jackets, bombers, track jackets and coach jackets. Every order is made to your tech pack: your fabrics, Pantone colours, fit, patches, trims, linings, labels and packaging.
Our factory runs 100,000 pieces a month with AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection, and full social and product compliance — OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, amfori BSCI, GRS, C-TPAT and Better Cotton. Buyer QC teams and third-party inspectors are welcome on site at every stage of production.
Brands come to us for custom varsity jackets and wholesale fleece jackets because we combine large-volume capacity with careful development: lab dips, patch approvals and fit samples are signed off before bulk, and the same specification is held across every repeat order.

What is your minimum order for custom jackets?+
Our bulk programmes run from 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order. For new styles and test launches we run development orders from 1,000 pieces, and smaller batches are possible on colours already in production.
How long does jacket production take?+
Samples take 14 days after we receive your tech pack. Bulk production takes 65 days from the confirmed purchase order.
Do you make custom varsity jackets?+
Yes. We make varsity jackets with wool-blend melton bodies, faux leather or melton sleeves, striped rib trims, snap fronts and chenille, applique and embroidered patches.
Can you make chenille patches and lettering?+
Yes. We produce chenille letters and patches, felt applique and tackle twill in your colours and artwork, approved at sample stage.
Do you make fleece zip jackets and bombers?+
Yes. We make fleece and French terry zip jackets, track jackets and bombers from 260 GSM up to 500+ GSM, with metal or moulded zips and rib trims.
Do you make coach jackets?+
Yes. We make lightweight snap-front coach jackets in nylon and polyester shells, ready for screen print, embroidery and branding.
Can you add linings and custom trims?+
Yes. We offer quilted, satin and jersey linings, custom zip pullers, branded snaps, striped rib trims, woven labels and inside pockets.

Yes. We cut zip jackets and matching joggers or sweatpants from the same fabric lot, so colour matches exactly across the set.

Can you match Pantone colours?+
Yes. We develop lab dips for body, sleeves, rib and patches against your Pantone references and only start bulk after you approve the shades.
Can you copy an existing jacket sample?+
Yes. Send us a reference garment and we can develop the pattern, fabrics and trims to match, then adjust to your spec.
How are samples priced?+
We price samples after reviewing your design and tech pack, so you get an accurate cost for your exact fabrics, patches and trims.

Yes. We make hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, shorts, t-shirts and polos, so you can build a complete range with one factory.
Do you ship to the US, UK and Europe?+
Yes. We ship FOB and CIF to buyers in the US, UK and EU. We are C-TPAT certified for smoother US customs clearance.
Can your factory be audited before we order?+
Yes. We are BSCI audited and welcome buyer visits and third-party inspections. Buyer QC teams have worked on site at our Karachi factory during large programmes.
