Afraz Apparel is a custom jogger manufacturer based in Korangi, Karachi, producing bulk and wholesale joggers and sweatpants for brands, retailers and merch companies in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Since 2001 we have manufactured private label fleece bottoms for international labels, with typical programmes of 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order and development runs from 1,000 pieces.

As a sweatpants manufacturer, we produce everything from 240 GSM French terry to 500+ GSM heavyweight fleece — cuffed joggers, wide-leg and straight-leg sweatpants, cargo joggers, track pants, garment-dyed and washed styles, and matching sets. Every order is made to your tech pack: your fabric, Pantone colours, fit block, waistband and pocket details, decoration, labels and packaging.

Our factory runs 100,000 pieces a month with dedicated fleece lines, AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection, and full social and product compliance — OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, amfori BSCI, GRS, C-TPAT and Better Cotton. Buyer QC teams and third-party inspectors are welcome on site at every stage of production.

What is your minimum order for custom joggers?+

Our bulk programmes run from 15,000 to 100,000+ pieces per order. For new styles and test launches we run development orders from 1,000 pieces, and smaller batches are possible on colours already in production.

How long does jogger production take?+

Samples take 14 days after we receive your tech pack. Bulk production takes 65 days from the confirmed purchase order.

What fabric weights can you produce?+

We produce joggers and sweatpants from 240 GSM French terry up to 500+ GSM ultra-heavyweight fleece, in loopback and brushed-back constructions.

Do you make wide-leg and straight-leg sweatpants?+

Yes. Alongside classic cuffed joggers we make wide-leg, straight-leg, flared and puddle-length sweatpants with open or split hems — the most requested fits from streetwear and womenswear brands.

Can you make matching hoodie and jogger sets?+

Yes. We cut hoodies, sweatshirts and joggers from the same fabric lot and dye batch, so colour and hand-feel match exactly across the set and every repeat order.

Which fabric compositions do you offer?+

100% cotton, 80/20 cotton-poly and 60/40 CVC in French terry, loopback and brushed-back fleece, plus poly-spandex for track pants. GRS recycled polyester and Better Cotton options are available.

Can you customise waistbands, drawcords and pockets?+

Yes. We offer covered or exposed elastic, branded jacquard elastic, custom drawcords with metal or silicone aglets, and side-seam, zip, back and cargo pockets.

Do you make blank joggers?+

Yes. We produce blank joggers and sweatpants in your colours, weights and labels for merch companies and decorators, with the same order ranges as our branded programmes.

Do you make cargo joggers and track pants?+

Yes. We make cargo joggers with bellow pockets and flaps, and side-stripe or panelled track pants in fleece, terry or poly-spandex.

How much does a custom jogger cost?+

Price depends on fabric weight and composition, pockets and trims, decoration, washes and order quantity. Send us your tech pack and we reply with an exact per-piece price within one business day.

What sizes can you produce?+

We grade to your own size chart, covering adult, ladies', plus and kids' size ranges, including inseam variations.

Can you match Pantone colours?+

Yes. We develop lab dips against your Pantone references and only start bulk after you approve the shade.

Can you copy an existing jogger sample?+

Yes. Send us a reference garment and we can develop the pattern, fabric and trims to match, then adjust to your spec.

How are samples priced?+

We price samples after reviewing your design and tech pack, so you get an accurate cost for your exact fabric, print and trims.

Do you ship to the US, UK and Europe?+

Yes. We ship FOB and CIF to buyers in the US, UK and EU. We are C-TPAT certified for smoother US customs clearance.

Can your factory be audited before we order?+

Yes. We are BSCI audited and welcome buyer visits and third-party inspections. Buyer QC teams have worked on site at our Karachi factory during large programmes.
